Valuations

We have years of experience of the Gloucestershire property market which makes it easy for us to provide you with a valuation that is both accurate and realistic.  We won’t tell you your property is worth more than it is simply to gain the instruction and then say a month down the line that you need to drop the price.  You can trust our judgement.

No contracts

We trust our own judgement, too, so we don’t feel the need to tie you into a long contract.  Some agents will expect you to give them sole selling rights, signing a contract that ties you to them for up to 16 weeks.  We have enough confidence in our ability to sell your property not to need you to commit to such terms.  And of course if there is no sale there is no fee.
